on the road to Kink Fest in Portland OR.

Ok heading out for Portland OR. from Decatur AR. its 2055 miles of mostly new territory so im looking forward to it will have more to say when we stop Tuesday evening some place North West of here.

wow 5 states ( Arkansas,Oklahoma,Kansas,Colorado,Wyoming) in 1 day someplace around 1100 miles called it a day in Cheyenne WY, just waking up now for a shower & coffee more later I promise

Headed out from Cheyenne and just wow lots of open & very pretty. took I-30 very scenic made it to Idaho & drove through a nice bit of very heavy falling snow through the Pass and then some rain but nothing to bad & we made it to Boise for the night onto Portland in the morning

Ok made it to Portland all checked into the Red Lion and the drive through Oregon was just amazing the Columbia River go's through some beautiful country i will post some pic's soon but for now a Margarita and some time to just lounge.

Friday morning up early 2 hour time change but no biggy ready to get set up done @8:30am.
All set up & vending opened @ 12:00 so many friends are here so im sure its going to be a great weekend. Roxy is doing very well the crowd she isn't real sure about but handled it very good im proud of her.
& the day was  very good sold some toy's & attended the meet & greet Laura Antoniou read from her new story it was very funny its about a murder @ a gay leather event its very funny.

Saturday morning me & Roxy went & got Starbucks & the girl @ the hotel desk had treats for the dogs in the hotel this weekend they are very pet friendly even had door hangers for the dog's they say comfortable creature inside with a big paw print.
the day was simply great we had so much fun and the evening was quite special to dinner drinks and we have 1 more day of fun to go.

Sunday last day of the event all ways a little sad as its the last day .
we had a very good day & then a friend of Mac's who has a local business called Domo Dogs came to the hotel & made us domo dogs they are great & we visited till 10ish i think we all had a wonderful time and now we head south in the morning for Redding CA. down I-5 should be a nice trip.

Monday 3/21/11 well up about 5am pacific time 7 back home now to get ready to head south down I-5 for Redding CA. it should be a wonderful drive and lots ive never seen we go through some mountain passes & i hope to see some great redwoods as ive never seen any but look forward to that.
Ok made it to Redding CA it was a wonderful drive down the mountains are gorgeous.


Tuesday onto Napa Valley today.
wow we had a great time touring The Hide House & buying some nice leather & i got a grate reindeer hide its really soft & fury.
we had a really nice lunch @ Down Town Joe's in Napa its a grate place right on the River.
now off to Reno we made it over Donner Pass it has lots of snow well over 12 feet but the roads were clear.
We are staying @ Atlantis casino & resort Mac even sprang for the luxury suite on the concierge floor very nice.
ok had a grate Dinner and we each took $20 to give the casino Mac & Rita gave theirs to the slots i went to the electronic poker and had a margarita & finished $33 up so used it ti buy some souvenirs @ the gift shop it was a grate evening .
Well we headed out this morning going south as Mac was worried there might be snow we passed throe LasVages & by the Hoover Dam & stayed the night in Kingston.
3/24/11 ok headed out early down I-40 to OKC it was snowing & icy as we approached Flagstaff saw a couple wreaks but took our time and no problems for us yay....
well we got to OKC just after 11pm & got up and had coffee @ Beverly's on NW expressway with Trent (Ritas son) then went & picked up my sister Beverly & met Mom @ I Hop for breakfast it was a nice visit.
the we hit the road for home.
Ok we made it almost to Dallas with no problems then there was a Police action on the North bound side of the road just north of Dallas & a crash on I 635 but we got through it all and made it home before 7pm and we all fell out very tired but glad to be home after a long 5678.9 miles wow a long trip.
