work out today 5 minutes stretching 20 minutes on bike not a bad start & i do feel kinda good now just have to keep it up!
summery week 1: start weight 184.5 4.5 hours working out weight 180.0 =4.4 lbs lost
week 2: 2 days driving 4 hours working out weight 179.8 under 180
week 3: 1 day driving 3 1/2 hours working out 178.5 not to bad & toning starting to show.
summery week 4: was sick first 4 day's only got in 2 hours working out & @ 177.5lbs but back on track.
Day34: 30 min on treadmill & 10 on bike and feeling pretty good (note had a few Margaritas last night so surprised to be feeling this good ) last day @ this hotel so i will miss this view.
Summery week 5: 4 hrs working out +(not sure how to figure the just walking around part but 4 hrs sight seeing walking) so not a bad week all in all
2/18/2011 in Washington DC.Summery week 6: just over 2.5 hours working out but had lots of driving this week need to do better on work outs.
Day 44: after a few hours drive im now in Dallas @ South Plains Leather fest will do the gym in the AM.
Day45: 30 min on bike &10 min on stair stepper wow is it tuff but this hotel has no tread mill so will make do with what they do have. Day46: early vending opening today @ 8am so will have to work out later.
Day47: didn't get a work out today as it was last day vending & load out and drive home from Dallas.
Day48: Ran all day didn't get a work out in.
3/1/2011 Day49: 30 min on bike
Day50: spent a good part of the day in the shop then took Rita shoping.
Day51: 30 min on bike
Day's52-55: had guest in for Mardi Gra so no work out Day56:
