I've been kinda bummed what with Dad passing.But life go's on and I'm sure he would tell me to get on with it.He was that kinda man you have work to do now get it done.I love my sisters & brothers and have a great Family of choice I have people that I know I love & that Love me we may not share blood but we do share our hearts.So on that note I say lets get on with it.

random thought is it worth it

OK I know 46 isn't old but its not Young ether. so I've come to a place that i know what is in me but also at the same time is it worth it just to be a old women.i never will know what it is to be the Young pretty girl & i fear being just the old Trany.so is it worth saving & going without most days yes it is but some i just wonder why bother.

P.S.dont read to much into this like it says its a random thought

went and saw Dad yesterday he looked good the funeral home did well now just have to get through the next couple days

James Melvin Carter, 63 of Verden, OK was born on August 3, 1947 in Anadarko, OK and passed away September 28, 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK.

James was a very quiet person. He served in the US Army and received 2 purple hearts. James worked in the auto upholstery industry. He enjoyed living on the lake, snow skiing and cooking.

He is survived by his mother, Bernadine Carter; daughters, Samantha Thomas and Beverly Thomas; sons, John Thomas and Buddy Thomas; grandchildren, James, Steven, Dillon, Dustin, Kedra, Jody and Heather Thomas; great-grandchildren; brother, Paul Carter and wife Delia; sister, Carolyn Highfiell and husand James. He is preceded in death by his father, Melvin Carter.

Funeral services are 2:00pm, Monday, October 4, 2010 at John M. Ireland Funeral Home Chapel, with interement to follow to Resthaven Memory Gardens
